• Application for Review of a Decision on Application to Prescribe Narcotic Substances for Prescribers 

The following activities require a licence, permit or authority:

• prescribing of clomiphene, retinoids, thalidomide etc
• prescribing and supply of clozapine
• possession of more than 5g of diazepam.
