Physical Activity for Adults 18-64 Years
Physical activity can help adults physically and mentally, keeping them relaxed, strong, fit and healthy.
Each week adults need at least
150 minutes Moderate Activity e.g. walking OR 75 minutes Vigorous Activity e.g. running.
Or a mix of both.
Including weekly strength activities on 2 days e.g. dancing or push-ups.

- Family bike rides
- Stretching activities like yoga
