Hospital services within the Centre operate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

The St Marys Community Health Centre provides 8 acute/palliative care beds, an Outpatient and Emergency service, physiotherapy and visiting services. Other services provided by the Centre include Community Nursing, Day Centre and Home Help/Personal Care. On site is St Marys Medical Practice and the Tasmanian Lymphodema Centre.
