Ambulance Tasmania are proud to launch our new Culture Improvement Action Plan – an immediate and long-term commitment to build safe, supportive work environments of professionalism, dignity and, and respect.
Our Executive Committee has committed to 73 actions to be addressed by the end of 2022. We will then review our success and set our priority actions for 2023.
We have an ambitious plan to improve the culture of Ambulance Tasmania and while we know that changes to culture take time to embed, we are fully committed to making this change.
