Our nurses and midwives at THS provide the highest quality patient care through a person-first approach. Coral Paton (pictured right), is the Statewide Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery for the THS. Coral’s vision for Tasmania is to implement Magnet® Principles across the state and progress towards Magnet® Accreditation for the nurses and midwives at the THS.
“I encourage you to keep innovating, coming up with good ideas
and looking for ways in which we can all keep improving.”
