This service has the primary role of ensuring that people with complex support needs who also need case management and cannot be adequately supported through the existing service system, are provided with appropriate, flexible and co-ordinated support and assistance, through a comprehensive case management approach.

The project aims to assist up to 20 clients in the Southern Midlands areas at any one time.

The service also provides a Day Centre Program providing respite for carers. This service is funded by the Commonwealth Respite for Carers Program.
