LGH midwives have bared all – well almost all – for a good cause.

LGH midwives have bared all – well almost all – for a good cause.
And given their vocation, it’s appropriate that they have appeared in their birthday suits.
They have stripped off to raise money for the Cancer Council Tasmania and their cheeky fundraiser is front-page news.
The Holman and QVMU troopers Relay for Life team has produced a calendar with the help of photographer Paul Scambler from The Examiner.
Paul gave his time and expertise to craft the shots for the calendar which was launched on Friday night.
And it’s selling fast with more than 200 already sold.
The photos were taken at various locations in and around Launceston, including the St Leonards’ athletic track which hosts the yearly Relay for Life event.
They were taken over the past few months meaning there were a few chilly sessions and is probably why the models earned the moniker “the madwives” of Launceston.
The calendar was also supported by Foot and Playsted printers.
The Madwives Calendar supporting Relay for Life is available for $20 from Rhubarb for Gifts' stores at Invermay and Riverside.
