Hospice Volunteers South Tas

The association provides support in many different ways, including home visits and hospital visits to specialist palliative care units, acute care and rural hospitals.

Hospice Volunteers South Tas offers support and respite for those with limited life expectancy and their carers.

Hospice Volunteers South Tas works closely with the palliative care services and community health nursing teams. The association provides volunteer support for clients and respite for carers.

Services offered by the association include:

  • Volunteer support and information
  • Practical and emotional support
  • Help for both carers and clients
  • Walking Through Grief bereavement support group.

How to contact us or make a booking

Office Hours:
General hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Volunteer visits are arranged by negotiation with the client.
