Beaconsfield District Health Service
A multi-purpose service providing West Tamar residents with the opportunity to access quality health and community services. The service consists of a 22 bed facility including Residential Aged Care, Acute Care, Respite, Palliative Care and Post Natal Care. There are also a number of Community Services, Visiting Services and Support Groups that operate from the service including a Women's Health Clinic, social work and physiotherapy.
